Pre-register for MTBA

2025/2026 School Year

Thank you for your interest in Massanari Toms Baseball Academy for the 2025-2026 school year! SPOTS ARE LIMITED. Please complete the form below to secure your student-athlete's spot. You will have access to MTBA’s parent portal as of June 1, 2025 to sign all waivers and set up your payment profile. The registration fee of $400 will be charged on July 1, 2025 and monthly tuition of $800 will be charged starting August 1, 2025. Once spots are filled you will be notified if you are placed on the waitlist. Failure to pay the registration fee by July 1, 2025 will forfeit your students spot.
