Dawgs Headed to Beast of the East!
MASSANARI 14U- MAJORS
Our local boys are doing something truly special. The MTBA Dawgs 14U Majors team, currently ranked #2 in the nation, has earned an invitation to compete in one of the most elite youth baseball tournaments in the country — Perfect Game’s Beast of the East, held May 16–18 at the prestigious Publix Sports Park in Panama City Beach, Florida.
This invite-only event brings together the top-ranked 14U teams from across the nation, and we’re proud to represent Nevada on this national stage. What these student-athletes are accomplishing through Massanari Toms Baseball Academy is a testament to their talent, discipline, and heart — both on and off the field.
We are actively seeking support to help get our Dawgs to Florida. Your contribution will directly impact these young athletes' ability to travel and compete at the highest level.

Massanari 14u- Majors
Coach Massanari is in his 5th season as head coach, with all four of his previous teams nationally ranked including two in the top 25. Known for his dedication to player development, few can match his track record in Las Vegas. Alongside his assistant coach, Luke Toms, who has consistently contributed to their achievements, these two create something special. With the core group returning they are poised for another successful season.

We are thrilled to welcome Coach Stewart back for his second year with our program, now stepping into the role of head coach alongside Coach Massanari. His passion and commitment to developing young talent are unmatched, and we anticipate great achievements from his team this season! Let's embrace the journey ahead and see our athletes soar to new heights!

Coach Bertuccini is returning for his second year as a head coach for the Dawgs. We're excited to see what he continues to achieve with his team and how far he can take this group of kids. His energy is unmatched and we're thrilled to have him and his coaching staff leading this group.

We are thrilled to have Coach Jorge "Pudge" Esquivel back for his second year with the Dawgs. Throughout his career, Jorge has achieved remarkable success, breaking numerous records in high school and continuing to shine in college. His expertise, passion, and dedication will undoubtedly make a significant impact on this team and organization.
